Changing your password
Navigate to the Settings section of the Tank App and selecting Privacy & Security.
Reset a forgotten password
- On the sign-in screen, select Forgot password?
- Enter the phone number associated with your Tank Account to receive a verification code
- Follow the prompts in your Tank App to enter the verification code and reset your password
- If your password reset attempt fails, contact the Tank Support team

Security tips
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Don't share your Tank Card PIN with anyone.
- Customize usage limits for any cards issued to teammates and colleagues.
- Lock your Tank Card immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
- Consider activating biometric login for your phone. Once this is enabled, you can enable this for your Tank App under Settings > Privacy & Security.
