Deleting Your Tank Account

Tank users can delete their account and personal data at any time. There are no costs or penalties associated with deleting your account.
Steps to delete your Tank Account
- Send an Email: Email us at support@tankpayments.com from the email linked to your account. Use "Request to Delete My Account" as the email subject along with your Business/Account name.
- Await Confirmation: Our team will process your request and send you a confirmation email once your account is successfully deleted.
What happens after deleting your account?
Tank deletes all of your personal information, transaction history, and any other data associated with your account; we do not retain any of your data after your account is deleted.
