Managing Team Members & Admins

As a Tank Account owner, you can add and remove admins from your account.

Only trusted users should be added as admins; if you want to issue a card to a business partner or contractor, you can issue one in their name through your account without creating an admin profile for them. You can also refer drivers and others in your network to Tank, where they can receive payments from you into their own account.

Adding a new admin

  1. Go to the Settings section of your Tank App and select Admins > Add New Admin.
  2. Enter the phone number of your admin find them from your connected contact list.
  3. They will receive an invitation to join your Tank Account as a admin user.

Removing an admin

  1. Go to the Settings section of your Tank App and select Admins.
  2. Select the admin that you want to remove access for.
